We are so excited for a new tradition for Fairforest Elementary School! Boosterthon Fun Run is a relatively new and extremely innovative fundraiser brought to elementary schools across the country. Boosterthon is a 9-day experience beginning with a pep rally, character building activities each day and culminating in an exciting run on the Boosterthon speedway!

 

The program allows students to campaign for monetary pledges from family, friends and members of the community for every lap that they run. Classrooms compete to win to see who can have the most laps run. Not only has Boosterthon proven to be an extremely successful fundraiser for schools but is also a fun and healthy alternative to typical sales-driven school fundraisers. The program promotes healthy lifestyle choices and character building to each student.

 

I am working with the Boosterthon Company to bring this engaging fundraiser to serve the students, parents, faculty and staff of Fairforest Elementary School.
